Performed for the first time outdoors in Monaco, on the occasion of F(ê)aites de la danse which brought together more than 30,000 people, Core Meu is a work unlike anything Jean-Chistrope Maillot had created before. After the fabulous success of this tarantella by Antonio Castrignanò performed by Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, Mr. Maillot decided to include the piece in the repertoire of the company by recreating a version made for the theater. Everything seems the same, yet everything has changed ... except for the friendship between the choreographer and Antonio Castrignanò. Filmed in the Grimaldi Forum, December 2020.
